You can now save searches in PropLytics and receive instant notifications when new properties match your criteria — so you never miss an opportunity. This initial release supports instant alerts. Additional notification frequencies (daily, weekly, and custom options) are coming soon. You’ll always be able to review, edit, or turn notifications on or off for each saved search.

We introduced a new Action Layer that lets investors contact agents and lenders directly inside PropLytics. This removes friction between insight and execution — so when you spot a strong deal, the next step is immediately available. Not every listing includes clean rental data — so we built an internal ML model to help fill the gaps. When key rental values are missing, PropLytics now provides a PropLytics Estimate, clearly marked with a purple sparkle icon. Users can toggle these estimates on or off in Advanced Options. Key details: - Covers ~40% of listings with missing rental data - Average error margin under 4% - Unlocks analysis in markets that previously lacked usable data This helps investors evaluate more opportunities without sacrificing transparency.

We’ve rebuilt the Property Reports experience to be faster, cleaner, and easier to use. You can now generate and download a complete Property Report in under 10 seconds, giving you a reliable snapshot you can save, reference, or share immediately. Designed for clarity and speed, the new dashboard helps you quickly understand a deal without extra steps.
