Blue Highlights for Configuration Changes

We’ve added a subtle but helpful visual cue, when you adjust any financial config values (like loan info, basic or advanced assumptions or YoY appreciation settings), the number turns blue. It’s a small detail, but it makes it easier to spot what you've changed at a glance, especially when comparing properties or tweaking assumptions. Just one more way we’re making the experience smoother and more intuitive.

Improved Handling of Missing Market Data

We’ve refined how missing data is presented to make the experience more intuitive and less distracting. Tooltips now offer helpful context when certain figures aren’t available, so users understand what’s going on without guessing.

Cleaner Sign-Up Experience

We’ve made a small but important update to the sign-up flow. A few users mentioned the original “Sign Up” button was easy to miss — so we took a closer look at how others handle onboarding and made our version more obvious and easier to engage with. We’re making it easier to access one of our most powerful tools — Property Card Configuration. Many users didn’t realize they could fully customize the metrics shown on property cards based on their investment preferences. We’re fixing that. Soon, you’ll be able to jump straight into configuration from the main search flow, making it easier to tailor what you want to see.
