1. Getting Started: Sign Up & Verify Your Account

To begin, go to our website and click the Sign Up button in the top-right corner.
You can create an account by entering your name, email, and password, or sign up instantly using Continue with Google.

Once submitted, you’ll receive a verification email. Click Verify Email Address to activate your account. After verification, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the PropLytics Free Plan and can begin exploring the platform.

2. Property Discovery

The Discovery page is your gateway to exploring thousands of properties with AI-powered insights.

How to Search

You can search in two ways:

  1. Click the Discovery tab

  2. Enter an address, ZIP code, city, county, or state into the search bar

Filter & Customize Your Results

PropLytics gives you full control over your investment assumptions:

  • Rental Strategy: Long-Term, Short-Term, Section 8

  • Financial Configurations: Loan info, assumptions, appreciation settings
