We’ve Landed in California
After building strong momentum in Texas, PropLytics is now officially live in California. This unlocks bigger deal flow and faster decisions for real estate professionals, you can now:
Search zip codes across California with full ROI analytics
Compare STR vs LTR returns, occupancy, and risk in seconds (Section 8 support coming soon)
Discover new submarkets with confidence using market-level insights

New Signup Flow
We rebuilt onboarding experience from the ground up, not just to improve conversion, but to create a higher-quality handoff between users and our partner agents.
After signing up, users are encouraged to chat with us so we can understand their goals, strategy, and target market. Then we match them with the right local expert—driving higher engagement and faster deal flow.

Agent Partner Portal
We’ve launched the PropLytics Partner Portal, a command center for tracking referrals, engagement, and conversions. You now get a real-time dashboard with performance tied to your Portal, so every signup is fully attributed and tracked end-to-end.
It’s a major step toward transparent, scalable partnerships. If you’re an agent interested in partnering with us. Let’s chat!

Feature Design Partner Visibility
Featured Design Partners now appear directly in the user experience with full profile details, making it easy for users to recognize who they’re working with and reach out anytime.

Filter Improvements (Web + Mobile)
We removed “Deselect all” and kept “Select all” to reduce confusion and speed up batch edits. We also improved filter performance across web and mobile for a smoother experience.

Coming Soon
A New Market Analytics Experience
We’re rebuilding our Market Analytics experience with one core principle: The map should be the UI. We’re not just showing data, we’re making market discovery feel natural. What’s coming:
Zip code cards (like property cards, but for submarkets)
Drawing tools designed for intuitive selection, without the “Google Maps frustration”
Click-to-learn interactions that surface “data bites” directly from the map

Multifamily
We’ve completed the research + data work for multifamily and we’re now actively building it into the platform. Our goal: make the multifamily workflow as seamless as single-family, without sacrificing analytics depth.
