Action Layer: Agent & Lender

We added Contact Agent and Contact Lender directly inside PropLytics so investors can move from insight to action without friction — from spotting a great deal to starting the close.

We’re continuing to improve the partner flow to make handoffs even smoother.

Updated PropLytics Estimates

Not every listing comes with clean rental data so we built an internal ML model to estimate it. Now, when a property is missing key rental values, we’ll fill the gaps with a PropLytics Estimate, clearly marked with a purple sparkle icon. You’ll also see a toggle in

Advanced Options to turn these estimates on or off. Our model currently fills in ~40% of missing listings, with an average error margin under 4%, unlocking deal flow in markets that used to be data deserts.

Property Reports are now faster, cleaner, and easier to use. You can generate and download a complete Property Report in under 10 seconds — a reliable snapshot you can save and reference immediately.

PropLytics Broadcasting Program

We’re launching the PropLytics Partner Broadcast Program to help partners drive more deals by turning cold audiences into warm, qualified investor and buyer leads. We run co-branded campaigns using PropLytics insights, route interested leads back to you, and track everything end-to-end in your Partner Portal.
