Saved Searches & Notifications
How To Use PropLytics
Saved Searches let you store a set of Discovery filters and automatically track new properties and changes that match your criteria.

Overview
Saved Searches preserve your Discovery configuration—including filters, sorting, and rental strategy—so you can return to the same results without rebuilding your search. Once saved, PropLytics monitors the search and notifies you when relevant updates occur, such as new listings or changes to existing properties.
This allows you to stay up to date on specific markets or strategies while minimizing repetitive setup.
